Hydrotech Construction is now L3 Energy Construction.

Hydrotech Construction found and fixed water intrusion in Southern California homes from 1999 to 2021: rain leaks, building-envelope waterproofing, deck and planter leaks, thermal imaging, and photo reports on the cause of a leak that insurers and law firms relied on. Its work included Construction Defect – Expert Witness assignments. The same founder and the same practice continue as L3 Energy Construction, under a new licence.
